Youth Recipes

Here are some recipes, but please please please send me some more as they are limited to what I remember from some time ago.

One pan Turkey stew - ideal for youth test meals that you have to cook properly (it's what I did for mine!! boy that was a while ago now!)

What you need

Diced turkey - 1 portion (could be any meat, or even sausages)
Diced vegetables (depends what you like - mushroom, onion, peas carrots are all good)
Gravy granules - a couple of table spoons to thicken the stew
A little cooking oil
Enough water to cover the veg and meat while it is cooking.

How to do it

Place the meat into the pan with a little cooking oil. Cook the meat until it turns brown.
Add the veg into the pan and add the water so that it just covers the veg. Boil until the veg are cooked and then add your gravy granules, afew at a time until the stew thickens.

Eat it (out of the pan saves washing up but be carefull not to burn yourself)

Noodles, veg and sausages

What you need

2 or 3 sausages
1 pack of supernoodles
tined veg - this will cook quick
a little oil
water to cook the noodles

How to do it

Fry the suasages in the oil and put them to one side
Put the noodles and veg into a pan with water and then cook until the noodles absorb all the water. Keep stiring them as the noodles will stick.
Put the sausages in to warm them through again, and then eat it.
